Introduction

The Platinum Performance Program (P³) is a contractual best practices agreement for property brokers, freight forwarders, motor carriers and freight bill audit/payment companies who desire to achieve a higher level of customer service and operating performance.

P³ brings a new level of trust and performance to the broker/forwarder-motor carrier relationship. The result will be reduced costs, increased profits and improved performance.

Guaranteed Payment Program (GPP)

Exclusively created for TIA members, the GPP’s seamless coverage provides transportation brokers the advantage of providing a guarantee of payment to carriers, shippers and other third-party logistics providers in excess of the $10,000 bond required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to conduct business.

GPP provides federally licensed FMCSA property brokers with total bond options to a maximum of $25,000 or $100,000 limit.
