TIA Model Agreements

TIA developed the following model contracts and guidances to help members improve their services, reduce cost and minimize risk. Members should always consult their own legal counsel on legal matters. These contracts are free to TIA members.

Shipper/3PL Agreement

TIA and the National Industrial Transportation League developed and maintain this model agreement to address the unique issues associated with outsourced logistics.

Broker/Carrier Agreement

TIA developed and maintains this model agreement to govern transactions between brokers and carriers. 

Shipper/Intermodal Broker Agreement

TIA and National Industrial Transportation League developed and maintain this Shipper/ Intermodal Transportation Agreement in 2005.  This agreement works with the Shipper/3PL Agreement.

Co-Broker Agreement
